Chicken Tortilla Soup
1 lb shredded chicken
1 can enchilada sauce(red)
1 15 oz can whole tomatoes mashed
Med onion chopped
4 oz can green chiles
2 cloves minced garlic or a couple spoons of minces garlic
2 cups water
1 can chicken broth
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
Salt and pepper
10 bag frozen whole kernel corn
1 can cream of chicken
2-3 chicken bullion cubes
Put all in slow cooker and cook on low 6-8 hrs. Serve with tortilla chips if desired
**very good and freezes well. I freeze in serving sizes and thaw in the microwave at lunch
