Chicken Pot Pie
4 cooked chicken breasts- cubed
2 cans veg all drained
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken broth
1/2 stick marg or butter melted
1/2 onion chopped
Salt and pepper
Combine above and put in a greased 9x13
Crust:
3/4 cup self rising flour
3/4 cup mayo
3/4 cup milk
Mix the crust ingred and spread over casserole. Bake at 350 for 1 hour
**I also make half of this and use and 8x8 dish
** when I make half so I don’t waste the left over half can of chicken broth I freeze it in an ice cube tray and save in a ziploc bag in the freezer. It is good in place of water in recipes or to use a couple cubes to saute onions

sounds great I love chicken pot pie. the tip about freezing the chicken broth is wonderful. I never thought of doing that.
