Healthy Blueberry Crisp/cobbler

We leave off the topping. It really isn't necessary. We have also made with and without coconut and tastes good both ways. We prefer it with honey although it tastes good with maple syrup too.

Just to clarify. There are two toppings. We use the nut and oatmeal topping but not the extra icing. The icing is really not necessary.

I have a similar recipe but it call for 2 cups of peeled and chopped tart apples and 2 cups of fresh or thawed frozen chopped cranberries instead of the blueberries.
