Wacky Cake

I can not tell you how much I love this cake. so moist! I have been making it for many years.

1 1/2 cup sifted flour
1 cup sugar
3 TBS cocoa
1 Tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
6 TBS. fat ( i use corn oil)
1 TBS vinegar
1 cup cold water
1tsp. vanilla

Sift all dry ingredients into ungreased 10x10x2 pan. Mix with fork, make three holes in the dry mixture. Put your fat(oil) in one--Vinegar in the second and vanilla in the third. Pour water over the top mix well with the fork. Do not beat, just mix! Bake 25-30 minutes in 350 degree oven. Leave in the pan and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
