Picking out the stitches

Postby nonie » April 6th, 2017, 12:36 pm

I am picking out the stitches that hold the lining. Infact I am taking out and redoing the lining. I messed up big time.

also in a argument with floriani, as I guess you have to join a club to make your software work. I applied for membership in their wonderful club but either get no reply with my password or I get it has been sent. I am so mad that those idiots.

Noni, do you have the floriani software? One needs to register their software...a code is in the box or somewhere.

I have decided that instead of taking a sewing machine on vacation, I am going to take my computer with software updated and try to learn something. I thought I was getting live lessons....they kept saying lessons from the master. Well duh....glorious misrepresentation, that was a DVD or book. Ugh...

I guess I didn't realize you could not sit in on the video and software club without being a member. I don't think I sign in at all.

Yes Linda I have the software and have been trying to register it and it is getting very frustrating. I am about to mail it off to someone that would like to try. I just sent them my registration number again, since they said they could not see it, even though I see it just fine on the emails they send me.

the dress that the sewing witches got a hold of will be put on hold until tomorrow, when they better be gone!!

Do you see a phone number to call for customer service? I could not see a phone number any place. Isn't that maddening?

I imagine you have tried contacting software support with this link. http://www.rnkdistributing.com/software ... icket.html. At the bottom of that form is a box for you to make comments. As them to call you, that you need a human voice to visit with.

Thank you Linda, I would do more if I cared, just thought I have the program why not make it work.

but mainly it was the witches and gremlins that had invaded my sewing space. I got so tired of trying to get the lining in right I finally just tore it up, so I would have to stop trying a cut a new one.
