GF meatballs

These are also really good - I keep these in the freezer. I make about 5 lbs. of the meatballs at one time and then freeze them. If you place the meatballs on a cookie sheet to freeze (so that they aren't touching each other), then when they are frozen you can put them in a zip lock bag and you are able to remove one at a time when you want them. If you cool and dump the cooled meatballs into a zip lock, they freeze together and you have to thaw and use all of them at one time.

These can be served with GF pasta as spaghetti, or you can make it into meatball stroganoff with GF noodles and cream sauce.
