GF Quiche

This recipe is also delicious and you can mix it up by using different ingredients for the fillers (broccoli, onions, mushrooms, peppers, etc.) and it's great for any meal.

I fix this pretty regularly. It is more filling than a quiche with a pastry crust (almond meal is more filling), so one piece is plenty for me. This with fruit or a salad makes a great lunch or dinner. :D

Kathy, what is blanched almond flour? We use quite a bit of almond meal, and yes it is more filling.

I just use the almond meal (Bob's variety). I haven't yet found anything called blanched almond flour. :?: No clue.

Okay good. Just checking. That's exactly what we use. Gotta love Bob!
