Hot Fudge Pie

Hot Fudge Pie

1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 unbaked pie crust

Preheat oven to 350°F. Melt butter, add other ingredients. Pour in pie shell and bake at 350° for approximately 30 minutes. Enjoy! Add dollop of whipped cream or ice cream if desired. I melt the butter in a large glass measuring cup in the microwave, then just add all the rest of the ingredients, mix, and pour into the crust.

This is the easiest pie recipe I've ever made! It can be made quickly for unexpected visitors or when you need something in a hurry.

Ms. C. LOVES chocolate pie, so I'm going to try making this one with her on her next sleepover. She loves to help in the kitchen. Thanks, HL!!!
