Embroidered jacket

Postby KathyD » March 1st, 2016, 9:09 am

This is what I hope will be approved as a new class offering for SAGA - it is a denim jacket that the student will bring and can be embroidered with the flowers of her choice. I love the way it turned out and hope that it will be something that will appeal to a larger variety of ages - from toddlers to adult. :D We'll see....

There's embroidery on the front as well, but not as much. The back offers a blank canvas for embroidery! Lots of fun stitches!!!

I love embroidered denim. If I had time and money for an embroidery machine ...
I know the students will enjoy your class!

Thanks Cambron - you can do this as it is done by hand and not with an embroidery machine! :D

That's gorgeous and any little princess would love that. Bet my two munchkins would wear that proudly. Your work is a pleasure to view.xx

What a creative idea, Kathy. And it's beautiful, too! Can't imagine SAGA not accepting this as a class.

Thanks ladies. I suspect it will be approved, but the process takes a while. I'm sure it will be months before I know anything. It's already been 2 months from my last new class submission and I've still have heard nothing, which isn't unusual. All the evaluators are volunteers as well.
