Betty's DD#2's new website

Postby shediditagen » February 5th, 2010, 11:00 pm

My daughter, Marla, has built their website and would appreciate your looking at it and sign the guest book plus a comment if you so desire. The more traffic they get the better they will show up in the search engines.

Marla uses pastels mainly and her hubby, Hue, does pottery. I am quite proud of both of them. Thank you in advance.

Betty, their work is tremendously exciting. I really hope they do well. How love two artists found each other and compliment each other and you have every right to be proud. I'm a former oil and acrylic painter, tho gave it up when I started sewing for the grands; also I never gained that pro quailty I was searching for....LOL Someday maybe I'll get back to it. Too many plates on now....LOL I'm sorry to say Kris and Jimmy have the last of it, except for some pieces that sold. I loved doing the houses families were living in, so when their kids grew up (and they all have moved), they could see their first house :D It all went up in flames in our fire and I just didn't have the heart to shop for more and increasingly expensive supplies. I never did learn to stretch and jesso my own canvas. Another "wish-to do" on the list. I'll visit there often and probably do some pottery shopping for next Christmas. :D

Great site, it was all beautiful but the animal portraits were fantastic.

Betty, what a talented pair your daughter and her husband are. I will be sharing their link with my "artistic daughter". I'm sure she will love seeing Marla's paintings of children. And the pottery will really strike her fancy!! How exciting for them to get the site up and running.

Betty, Marla and Hue are VERY impressively talented. I am sure you are so proud. I love the color Marla brings to her childrens portraits. Gorgeous work,

Bunny
