Re: Does this stuff have any value?

We do have a "Sales and Wants" section here. I don't think it works real well, but at least it's free. Most of us here already have way more than we need or want.

Re: Both girls

And just look at those wonderful tomatoes Sam can pick. Wow!
I love this romper. It's one of the easy ones Genine designed. And one of my favorites! Thanks for bringing it back to the top today.

Re: My next project will be----

So did you get that at the dollar store? How big is the anchor. Give us measurements so we have something to work with while we try to quess what you're making. (Thinking boat cushions)

Re: New project

Going to play with our heads a bit first??? Ok, I'd say that looks like it might turn into a cute little girls bubble. Am I right? Or, maybe it's just that pillowcase dress you wanted some info for. Hmmmm, I'll be watching!

Re: The place mats so far

I'll be waiting for your finished place mats! What pattern is this? I like the batting shape, so I know I'll love them when they're finished.

Re: Darn butonholes

So sorry. But that bird after your statement just made me laugh out loud. Do you not have another machine that does buttonholes you might have better luck with?

Re: Questions to the Viking owners

Yes, mine cuts the thread upon completion of the buttonhole. I don't have any idea if that can be eliminated or not. I wouldn't think so since it's a computerized machine. I've made lots of those balls of thread, so I guess it's just the machine. I think it sometimes has to do with the wheel being l...

Re: Darn butonholes

If your machine has the same buttonhole attachment that mine does, I know that the little wheel needs to roll over flat fabric only. If there is a seam close by the buttonhole, that will knock it off the correct direction. The Brother machine has an attachment you put a button in, and it automatical...

Re: Darn butonholes

And yesterday I had to put the buttonholes on the dress for Emie. Seven of them! Practiced on scrap fabric, many times, finally got it where I thought it should be. First one immediately ripped out. I hate the buttonhole foot on my Viking Diamond, my little cheap Brother makes much better ones. BUT,...

Re: NEED HELP ORGANIZING

A lot of my buttons are in a clear flower vase. Pretty on a shelf. Only the whites and pastels in it.
