Photos

I haven't posted a photo in quite a long time. I think I read here where someone got a virus from Photobucket, which is where I used to post from. Can I download photos directly to this forum from my computer? I use Picasa if that helps.

Thanks in advance.

Nonie, Thanks so much for this tutorial. Now that I have a serger, I have been wanting to try sewing knits, but didn't know where to start.

Re: French Seams

You are way ahead of me on the learning curve. I've been using my 4 thread overlock for my curtains and it sure makes short work of those seams :D

Re: What's the scoop on Creative Needle?

I renewed in December and received a confirmation by email. You would think if they were going under that they would let you know rather than accept your payment  Let's hope the rumors are false, I really like this magazine.

Wow! Sara. I'll bet they love to see you come in to shop. I can't wait to see all the beautiful things you are going to make with your purchases. The photo you posted with the nursery bedding was just beautiful. What a lucky little baby she is going to be.

Re: New Serger for Christmas

I have the Serger Secrets book and it looks like it will be a big help. DH bought my serger from a dealer close to our house for convenience and the fact that they offer 3 hours of free instruction to start with. They offer more advanced classes as you need them. My first lesson is January 10. I can...

Re: Venice, FL Memory Quilt

Rett, your quilt is just lovely. I'm not a quilter, but can imagine all the work that went into yours. I think it's really special that each block represents something from a city where you lived and still treasure many memories. I enjoyed reading the 'history' of each block. Thanks for sharing with...
